I look at operations, data, and day-to-day work.

When something is unclear, slow, or not working, I break it down and point out where it goes wrong — whether it's in the process, the structure, or how the work is being handled.

If it makes sense, I fix it by building clean systems or automations.
If not, I leave you with a clear view of what is happening in your business.

Daily operations ran through spreadsheets and messages. Information moved between people, but nothing held it together. Now it's one system — collection, processing, tracking — and most of the repetitive steps run on their own.

Dozens of subscriptions and recurring payments, no clear picture of what's active, what's unnecessary, or what's being overcharged. Now payments are organized, transactions get checked against what's expected, and anything that doesn't match gets flagged.

Product information was being moved between two systems by hand. Thousands of records, days of work each time. That transfer runs on its own now and reports when something needs attention.
