Os Nasher Os Nasher

I look into how businesses run and figure out what's actually going on beneath the surface.

Sometimes that leads to fixing things.
Sometimes it just means handing you the exact map of the problem.

What I do

I design systems, automate workflows, and spot businesses issues.

I look at operations, data, and day-to-day work.

When something is unclear, slow, or not working, I break it down and point out where it goes wrong — whether it's in the process, the structure, or how the work is being handled.

If it makes sense, I fix it by building clean systems or automations.
If not, I leave you with a clear view of what is happening in your business.

How I work
01

You show me how things currently work.

02

I go through it on my own and come back with a clear view of what needs to change.

03

From there, you either leave it as is or we fix it.

Contact Me

If you want me to look at something, send it.

Tell me about your business and what's going on. I'll take it from there.

Got your message.

I'll review it and follow up soon. Thank you.

System

Export operations

Daily operations ran through spreadsheets and messages. Information moved between people, but nothing held it together. Now it's one system — collection, processing, tracking — and most of the repetitive steps run on their own.

System

Payment tracking

Dozens of subscriptions and recurring payments, no clear picture of what's active, what's unnecessary, or what's being overcharged. Now payments are organized, transactions get checked against what's expected, and anything that doesn't match gets flagged.

Publishing workflow

Communication in one tool, writing in another, reviews somewhere else. The whole process was scattered across disconnected platforms. Now it's one workflow — submit, review, check, approve, publish. Nothing leaves the system.

Warehouse data sync

Product information was being moved between two systems by hand. Thousands of records, days of work each time. That transfer runs on its own now and reports when something needs attention.

Expense logging

A sales team was collecting receipts by hand. Photographing them, sorting them, emailing them in. Now receipts get picked up, details get extracted, and everything moves into accounting without anyone touching it.

Insurance tracking

Vehicle and employee insurance — renewals, installments, follow-ups with providers — all managed manually, scattered across different places. One workflow now keeps it organized, tracks what's due, and notifies the right people when something needs action.
